2. Refund Eligibility

  • Services not initiated by EYACADE after payment confirmation

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the management team.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Student changes mind after registration
  • Failure to meet university eligibility criteria
  • Visa rejection due to incomplete or incorrect student documentation
  • Delay caused by government authorities or third-party institutions
  • Admission cancellation by the student
  • University policy changes
  • Partial use of consultancy services

Processing fees, registration charges, and counselling fees are generally non-refundable.


4. University & Third-Party Payments

Fees paid directly to universities, embassies, visa centers, hostel providers, or third-party service providers are subject to their respective refund policies.

EYACADE is not responsible for refund timelines or decisions made by third-party institutions.


5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, students must:

  • Submit a written refund request via email
  • Provide payment proof and relevant documents
  • Mention the reason for the refund request clearly

Refund requests will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.


6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–30 working days depending on:

  • Payment gateway processing
  • Bank processing time
  • Verification procedures

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.


7. Right To Refuse Refund

  • Terms & Conditions are violated
  • Fraudulent documents are submitted
  • Services have already been substantially delivered
